“We are all visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through. Our purpose here is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love... and then we return home.”
Aboriginal proverb read by the Queen in 2011.

We have moved to South East London!

We have just moved to a flat in SE London which is SO EXCITING (and has been SO EXHAUSTING TOO at 8 months pregnant!)

A couple of weeks ago, whilst still in my old flat, I realised we needed to go through the roof and take whatever needed to go to the dump before we moved out. It was raining and the access to the storage is on our roof terrace. So I sat on the stairs in the warmth whilst Dan went through the stuff getting very wet!

There were wedding presents, deck chairs with mine and my ex’s names on… there was so much stuff I had forgotten…

Below is a personal share of what happened over 5 years ago when I went through my separation. If you would like to join “The Class You Missed” you get access to all my posts as well as workshops, meditations, a book club and a lovely community.
