Over the last few weeks I have been talking about attachment styles and how they can influence the dynamics of a relationship. I have also been talking about how needs are the path to healing these attachment styles as ultimately not having our needs met as kids causes us to play out these unhealthy dynamics as adults.
I wanted to caveat all of this by saying:
Having needs is different from being needy.
So let’s figure out the difference between the two and I will also give you 9 signs that you perhaps might be being needy.
